Focus Drives Effectiveness

Effectiveness requires focus.

Focus means doing fewer things than what we usually do. It means saying no to few things, putting on hold other things, and saying yes to what we need to focus on.

If we focus on fewer things, we will be able to give them more attention, we will be able to understand them better. When we understand, we enable ourselves to make better judgements and we tend to make well-thought-out decisions.

So, the question is why don't we focus? What is driving us not to focus?
